Clinic Policies

Do you need to cancel or reschedule?

We politely ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you give us at least 48 hours notice. This will give us a chance to fill the time.

Some treatments require a non-refundable deposit that will then be deducted from your total balance. This will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

Your appointment will not be secured until we have received payment; products will not be ordered, and your time slot may be offered to another client.


If the appointment is cancelled without 48 hours notice, we will retain the full deposit.


No shows will be required to pay the full treatment cost before being able to book another appointment with us in the future.


We require full payment upfront for any homecare products you may wish to order.
